Credential Testing

Students who complete a CTE sequence or are enrolled in a business course will have the opportunity to take an Industry Credential Exam, which is a qualifying a certification test, a state license exam, and/or a National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI) Assessment relevant to their course. These credentials are beneficial, and sometimes essential, to students seeking employment in a particular career field.

Additionally, 12th grade students in a CTE course have the opportunity to take the Virginia Workplace Readiness Skills Assessment.
