Look who’s going to Worlds!
Four MCPS teams from MMS, PHES, and AHES recently competed at the State Odyssey of the Mind Tournament. At the end of a long day of creative thinking, problem solving, and performing, one team from MMS, coached by Liz Lynch, placed second in their category and are advancing to the World Finals!
This is the second trip to Worlds for three of these teammates, who previously competed in the Finals two years ago as PHES students. They’re excited to have another chance at showcasing their skills, and we know they will represent their school, their division, and their community with talent, creativity, and pride on the world stage!
Congratulations to all of our amazing students and their coaches! We can’t wait to see what you’ll accomplish next!
